Parker Duofold Maxima in blue, Gold trim - Fine nib - Chalk marks, Boxed

Regular price £195.00

The photos above are of the actual pen we are offering for sale here

This is a Parker Duofold Maxima in blue with gold trim.  The Maxima was the largest pen in the aerometric series of Duofolds produced by Parker in the 1950s and 60s.  This is fitted with a 14k gold fine #50 nib with arrow imprint which produces a writing line of around 0.4mm.  Parker used the #50 arrow nib exclusively for this Maxima Duofold model

In terms of condition, this doesn't seem to have been used.  It's in excellent overall condition and still carries the original factory chalk markings on the barrel indicating the model, nib grade and price

This is probably from around the late 1950s or early 60s as Parker introduced the Maxima in 1958 and the Halo around 1960

This comes with the Parker card box and filling instructions as shown in the photos

This is a Parker Maxima Duofold with the aerometric filling system.  The pen fills from an ink bottle and does not take cartridges
