Insignia model clutch pencil in the Athenes design with alternating gold and black laquer panels
This example was produced in the USA in around 1992. This takes 0.5mm leads which are readily available
The Athenes design was only in production for a short period of time from 1991-94

We have fully serviced this pencil which includes checking its mechanism, clip tightness etc and cleaning all the parts.
