Produced by the Parker factory in France, this is the Parker 75 fountain pen in the gold plated barley design which is part of the Place Vendôme series introduced in 1983. This pen has the date code IE on the cap lip which signifies it was produced in 1988
This is fitted with an original French 14k gold nib which is numbered 53 on the feed. This is Parker's designation for a broad reverse oblique nib which is cut at 15 degrees from top left to bottom right.
This nib produces excellent line width variation - between around 0.5mm (fine/medium width) and 1.0mm (broad++) depending on direction
This takes modern Parker ink cartridges or fills from an ink bottle using the converter
This is unused, new old stock and in superb condition
Condition A2/1 broad reverse oblique (Ref 13315)
