Parker Sonnet in Laqué Indigo - Fine nib - Boxed

This is the Parker Sonnet fountain pen in the laqué indigo design with the broad cap lip  which was in production from 1994-1997

This is fitted with its original 18k gold nib which is a fine grade and produces a writing line of around 0.4mm.  These early Sonnet nibs are well known and appreciated for having a degree of flexibility which is lacking with the later Sonnet nibs

This takes modern Parker ink cartridges or fills from an ink bottle using the converter

This example shows no signs of having been used and is in superb overall condition

The I date code on the cap imprint shows that this was manufactured in 1994

This comes with a contemporary Parker box and the original laqué clip tag

We have fully serviced this pen which includes disassembling the pen and ultrasonically cleaning all the parts.  We then reassemble the pen, check ink flow and the smoothness of the nib.
