This is a Canadian Parker 51 Custom propelling pencil in cocoa with a gold filled cap and, based on the colour, long clip and barrel date imprint, dates from 1950 

Lightly used, this pencil is in excellent working order

This is a clutch or continuous feed pencil and takes 0.9mm leads which feed through from the reservoir under the eraser
