This is an English 51 Custom ballpoint in black with a rolled gold cap and dates from the mid/late 1950s
This shows hardly any signs of having been used apart from a miniscule (2mm) horizontal ding just above the '1/10 12ct R Gold' imprint on the reverse of the cap which is enough to move it from a grade A to B on our condition scale
This takes standard modern Parker refills
