This is a very crisp Onoto K4 in burgundy with gold trim from around 1955. Unusually for De La Rue, this is a piston filler with a transparent ink view window in the barrel with a Parker 51 type hooded nib. The K4 model is the version with the hooded nib design and the screw on cap
This pen looks to be unused and has the remains of the original chalk marking on the side of the barrel. It is fitted with a broad 14k nib - 1955
