• If you are asking us a question about your pen, we need to know the make and exact model. If you're not sure of this, email us a photo of your pen and we will identify the model for you
• It's difficult to give quotes for repairs without examining your pen first to see what work and parts are needed, but as a rough guide, most service quotes are in the £35-60 range plus any parts and nib work
• We do NOT repair products by Montblanc, Pelikan, Lamy, Cross, Omas, Rotring or pens branded for jewellers or retailers (eg Burberry, Dunhill, Tiffany, Cartier etc).  These pen companies have their own service departments whose contact details can be found on the internet
