This is an early 51 Classic ballpoint in light burgundy with steel cap
This shows hardly any signs of having been used with the cap being very clean and ding free and the 'Parker Made in England' imprints on the barrel retaining their crispness
This is the earlier ballpoint with metal barrel threads and the brass ratchet mechanism so is likely to date from the mid 1950s
This takes standard modern Parker refills
