This was a special edition of the 61 Presidential ballpoint in 9k gold waterdrop design to commemorate the Queen's Silver Jubilee (1952-77) and features the royal cypher on the barrel cartouche.
The barrel hallmarks show that it was assayed in London in 1974. This is unused and comes with its original red leatherette Parker Presidential hardshell box. This takes standard modern Parker ballpoint or gel refills - 1974
