This is a Sheaffer Targa ballpoint and propelling pencil set in the Regency Stripe design from around 1990
The matching ballpoint takes the standard modern Sheaffer ballpen refills. The pencil has the 0.9mm lead propelling mechanism which works by rotating the cap clockwise to extend the lead. 0.9mm leads are easily sourced and still manufactured by Pentel among others
Both the ballpoint and pencil are full size Targa models and in excellent condition with a contemporary Sheaffer hardshell box

We have fully serviced both the ballpoint and pencil which includes checking its ratchet and the pencil mechanism, clip tightness etc and cleaning all the parts.
