The photos above are of the actual pen we are offering for sale here
Produced in the USA, this is a Parker 75 fountain pen and pencil set in sterling silver in the small squares pattern known as the Cisele design
The Cisele design was first used by Parker on the Parker 75 range from 1964 before also featuring in the Sonnet, Premier and Insignia ranges
This is fitted with an original USA 14k gold nib which is marked F on the feed. This produces a writing line of around 0.4mm
Most 14k 75 nibs produced in the USA are imprinted '14k POINT' on the left and USA on the right. This is a later imprint (early 70s?) with '14k' on the left 'USA' on the right and '585' on the foot of the nib. This set also has dimpled rather than flat tassies on the caps and barrel, so this also suggests that it dates from the early 1970s
This has just emerged from decades in storage during which it had built up a significant layer of tarnish on the surface of the sterling silver - see photo - and this set seems to have been hardly used. In its original state prior to cleaning:

This comes complete with a clip sticker on the pen indicating a fine nib, instructions and box
This takes modern Parker ink cartridges or fills from an ink bottle using the converter
