Excellent English Parker 51 in grey with steel classic cap - fitted with a medium 14k gold nib - with the matching propelling (rotary) pencil which takes 0.9mm leads. The set comes with its original Parker box and instruction leaflet
The set dates from around 1957-58 as Parker introduced this rotary pencil around 1957 and the pen cap is missing the 'halo' imprint which was added around 1958
Contained within the box is the original instruction leaflets detailing how to fill the Parker '51' and to use the rotary pencil
Both pen and pencil have had some slight use but are in excellent overall conditionThis fills from an ink bottle and does not take cartridges

We have fully serviced this pen which includes disassembling the pen, ultrasonically cleaning all the parts and fitting a new pliglass ink sac. We then reassemble the pen, check ink flow and the smoothness of the nib. We also check and adjust the tightness and positioning of the clip.
