This is a rare variation of YoL's Millennium limited edition pen and is known as the 'Millennium 052' because only 52 were produced. The key difference to the regular edition is that the central embossed bands on the cap and barrel are in solid 18k gold rather than silver and bear the normal 18k gold Birmingham assay office hallmarks. This pen is No07 of 52. This is a large pen - 16.4cms in length with a cap diameter of 1.8cms and weight of 86g. Most pens (eg Duofold International, Parker 51 weigh in at just over 20g). The pen is fitted with a medium nib which is in 18k yellow gold to match the 18k bands. This comes complete with the 052 Millennium numbered booklet/certificate. It is housed in a wooden casket which features a "Millennium 052 Pen" lining in its lid - 2000
The pen, booklet and wooden casket are all in great condition. The outer box, which is made of card, is in poor condition and looks to have suffered water damage at some point
