M800 in green with medium oblique 14k 585 nib. The cap lip imprint of 'W Germany' indicates that this was produced sometime before 1990
Condition wise, this pen is showing clear signs of having been used. There are the beginnings of some ink corrosion to the gold band immediately behind the nib. Although the larger gold cap lip is secure, the Pelikan part of the imprint does not align with the clip fitting
The 14k 585 nib is marked 'OM' for medium oblique. This nib produces a writing line of between 0.3mm and 0.6mm
It's worth noting that Pelikan 18k M800 nibs alone are now selling for in excess of £200, and the earlier 14k nibs are particularly hard to find
