Ordering

Orders can be placed through the website or, for existing customers only, by phone on 01434-683 162 (Monday to Friday 11am-4pm).  We ship worldwide. Any postage charges will be shown when you checkout. Full information on postage charges, delivery methods and times is available here  

Payment:  All online orders are processed by Shopify, a leading provider of secure on-line payment solutions which are certified to be fully PCI-compliant. There is more information on Shopify here. We accept all cards shown on the bottom of this page

Despatch:  Orders are usually despatched within 2 working days.  If an item takes longer than this, we note this in the item's description. Some vintage pens need to be checked through the workshop and tested before despatch.  If the order is time critical (birthdays etc), please phone us to confirm delivery time before placing your order

Delivery Addresses:  We will only deliver to the cardholder's billing address or to a confirmed business address (school, company etc) unless (1) you are an existing customer and known to us OR (2) payment is by bank transfer OR (3) payment is by card with 3-D Secure password confirmation

Returns:  We accept back any pen which is not satisfactory for any reason for a full refund.  We will not accept repeat orders from customers who abuse this returns policy.  Please let us know that you will be returning the goods within 14 working days of receipt.  You pay the postage charges to return the order to us unless the goods are faulty in which case we will refund your postage charges

Cancellation:  You also have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 14 working days from receipt of the goods without giving a reason and we will then refund your money as soon as possible but within 14 days of your cancellation and return of the goods.  You can cancel your order by writing to us, phoning us or sending us an email.  Contact details are here.  We recommend you return items using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Signed For service to ensure that we receive them as we cannot be responsible for items which do not arrive with us

Ordering from outside the UK:  All orders to destinations outside the UK are delivered at place.  This means that we take responsibility for shipping the order, and the customer is responsible for paying any import costs, such as VAT, customs duties and clearing fees

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

We reserve the absolute right to decline to accept any order at our sole discretion
