| Delivery in UK | Royal Mail Special Delivery (or courier by DX-Secure) is included in the price for orders over £100. Orders under £100 are sent First Class with proof of posting with a flat rate postage charge of £1.65 plus 40p per bottle of ink or £2.95 for orders including stationery. We will only deliver to the cardholder's billing address or to a confirmed business address (school, company etc) unless you are an existing customer and known to us |
| Shipping outside the UK | We ship by Royal Mail Insured
Airmail Services free
of charge for orders over £100 if available for your country. These services are
NOT trackable outside the UK but are insured. Orders under £100 are sent by
Airmail with proof of posting and charged at cost. We also ship by FedEx at an additional subsidised cost of £30 (US$50 - €40) for orders over £200. This is directly trackable at Fedex. If your order is for less than £200, Fedex is still available but will be at cost so please ask for a quotation before ordering. Please note that we are
unable to ship to
Indonesia, Nigeria and certain other countries |
| Returns and Cancellation Policy | We accept back any pen which
is not satisfactory for any reason for a full refund. We will not accept repeat
orders from customers who abuse this returns policy. Please let us know that you
will be returning the goods within 7 working days of receipt. You also have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of the goods without giving a reason and we will then refund your money as soon as possible but within 14 days of your cancellation and return of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We reserve the absolute right to decline to accept any order at our sole discretion. |
